JOB DESCRIPTION



Handle inbound calls for international customers and provide customer support Good customer handling skills Understand and resolve customer queries effectively via voice Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction Should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2
rotational offs)

Education: HSC/Inter, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Must not be pursuing regular education. Comfortable working for voice process and night shifts: 24/7 shifts with 2
rotational Off's

2-way cab facility provided
Salary Details:

Freshers: 3.5 LPA

Experienced: Up to 4.5 LPA (Minimum 1Yr)

Designation : Associate

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
