Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, and customer records.

ChatGPT, MS Office Suite, and Google Forms
to support day-to-day operations.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
Education:
Open to
all freshers (any graduate discipline).
Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office Suite, Google Forms, and familiarity with ChatGPT & AI tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to multitask.
