Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out
to customers immediately after they place an online order to verify and reconfirm complete order details.
Encourage customers to place new orders
by highlighting benefits, promotions, and offers.
Update customers about new features, promotions and seasonal offers.

Reduce cancellations by clearing the doubts of customers and suggest them relevant products during inquiry calls.
Handle general inquiries related to advertisements
and guide potential customers toward making a purchase.
Maintain detailed logs
of customer interactions and feedback to improve future sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service
via email, chat, and calls, ensuring every interaction adds value.
Resolve customer concerns
efficiently and empathetically to maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with internal teams
(product, marketing, and operations) to enhance the customer experience and increase conversions.
Qualifications
Should be fluent in 3 languages - English, Hindi, and Marathi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
