Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated
Customer Support Associate (Tamil Speaking)
to join our growing customer experience team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently while delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support in Tamil.
Understand customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic interaction.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Role Requirements
Experience:
6 months to 1 year in Customer Support / Customer Experience.
Language Skills:
Fluent in
Tamil
(mandatory)
Basic to good proficiency in
English
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic during customer interactions.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in voice and non-voice customer support.
Experience working with ticketing/CRM systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
