As we expand our reach, we are looking for a passionate and articulate Customer Relation Executive to join our dynamic outbound team and help us connect with future clients.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Customer Relation Executive (CRE) to manage our outbound communication processes. As a CRE, you will be the first voice of Spectra Solar for many prospective clients and a key point of contact for our existing ones.
This role is not just about making calls; it's about building relationships, understanding customer needs, and educating them on the long-term benefits of solar energy. You will be responsible for lead generation, lead qualification, scheduling consultations, and conducting post-installation follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Generation:
Proactively initiate calls to potential customers from marketing-generated leads, databases, and referral lists.
Lead Qualification:
Engage prospects in conversation to understand their energy needs, property details (e.g., roof ownership, electricity bills), and interest in solar solutions.
Appointment Setting:
Effectively communicate Spectra Solar's value proposition to qualify leads and schedule site assessments or virtual consultations for our technical sales team.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Meticulously maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with all call details, lead status, and notes.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of our solar products, services, and the installation process to answer preliminary questions confidently.
Post-Installation Follow-up:
Conduct outbound courtesy calls to existing customers to ensure system performance, confirm satisfaction, and proactively ask for referrals.
Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, qualified leads, and appointments set.
Feedback Loop:
Provide valuable feedback from customers and prospects to the sales and marketing teams to help refine strategies and messaging.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
1-3 years of proven experience in an outbound role, such as telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation, or customer relations.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal communication skills in both
English and Hindi
(or other relevant regional languages).
Persuasive & Resilient:
A confident and professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly. Must be resilient and comfortable handling objections.
Customer-Centric:
A genuine passion for helping customers and a patient, empathetic approach.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and MS Office.
Goal-Oriented:
Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
Bonus Points:
Prior experience or knowledge of the renewable energy or solar industry is a significant advantage.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
