Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy

IT Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of hands-on experience in providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware/software issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.

Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and networking issues.

Assist users with installation, configuration, and usage of IT systems.

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams.

Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions provided.

Provide support for Microsoft Office tools, email setup, printers, and system access.

Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to users on issue status.
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in IT support or helpdesk role.

Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals.

Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
