Role Overview
We're looking for a
Customer Support Associate
to be the first point of contact for our users, resolving queries, ensuring smooth onboarding, and delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle queries via phone
Provide accurate info on SalarySe's services.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM.
Escalate complex cases and share user feedback with the team.
Requirements
Graduate, 1-2 years of experience in customer support in International BPO.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Problem-solving ability, patience, and customer-first mindset.
