Job Summary:


We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a clear and confident vocabulary, strong interpersonal abilities, and experience in cold calling. This role requires handling customer queries effectively, maintaining a professional approach, and building positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products. Handle inbound and outbound customer queries with clarity and professionalism. Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex queries when needed. Maintain customer records and update databases regularly. Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience. Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversions. Meet daily call and query resolution.

Requirements:



Proven experience in customer support, telesales, or a similar role. Strong verbal communication skills with clear vocabulary and a professional tone. Confidence in cold calling and handling objections. Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Preferred:



Knowledge of CRM tools or call-handling software. Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel and google docs.
