Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our Email Process. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling customer queries via email, with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries professionally via email in a timely manner.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
Resolve customer complaints and queries to maintain satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth issue resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and regularly update the database.
Ensure strict adherence to quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Email Support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends (if applicable).
