Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated person for our company ShatterFix Business Services Pvt Ltd.

ShatterFix (www.shatterfix.com) deals with the repair of smartphones and tablets (20+ Brands 1000+ Models) for customers across India.

Tasks include handling entire customer support (Phone calls and emails), ensuring proper operational processes are followed, taking care of stock procurement etc

Candidate should be exceptionally good in speaking and writing English, should possess good computer knowledge, and above all an art to handle a customer in adverse scenarios with the presence of mind.

It would be a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn in a startup environment and lead from the front.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
