Compensation:

CTC:

?4,68,850 (Up to 30% hike on last drawn CTC)

In-hand Salary:

?31,243/month

MIV (Performance Incentive):

?3,500/month

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound and outbound customer queries

related to travel bookings Provide support on

cancellations, rebookings, refunds, and travel modifications

Ensure high standards of

customer satisfaction and resolution accuracy

Work closely with internal teams to address escalations effectively Maintain updated knowledge of travel policies, offers, and Agoda system tools

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication skills -

fluent in English

(verbal and written) Good knowledge of

travel processes, GDS systems (if any), or global support environments

Proactive, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail Ability to work in

24/7 rotational shifts

, including weekends and night shifts Quick learner with a problem-solving approach
