Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Communicate fluently in

Gujarati and English

to assist customers. Address customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information. Maintain customer records and follow up on pending issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Requirements:



Excellent communication skills in

Gujarati

. 0-1 year of experience in customer support (freshers can apply). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email drafting). Basic English communication skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required). Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
