We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions across multiple communication channels and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns through
phone calls, live chats, and Zoom/online meetings
Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to all customer queries and complaints
Maintain strong
customer engagement and retention
by delivering a positive support experience
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
Maintain and update customer records, reports, and feedback using
MS Excel
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve service quality
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Customer support: 2 years (Required)
