Job Description

Position: Customer Support Associate (Need only serious candidates)



Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility Criteria:



Age: 18 - 35 years



Qualification:



Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma

or any two years ITI after 10th

Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints effectively through inbound calls.

Provide accurate information and support to customers in a professional manner.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Update call logs and maintain records in the system.

Shift Timings:



Female Candidates

: (

Day shift only

)

Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM (including 1-hour break).



Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 12:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight (including 1-hour break).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?13,500.00 - ?17,500.00 per month
