Job Description

We are seeking a

Chat Process Executive

to handle real-time customer queries for our international clients. The role requires excellent written communication, quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality customer service through live chat and email channels.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries via

live chat

,

email

, and

ticketing systems

. Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer queries. Assist customers with product/service-related issues, troubleshooting, and information requests. Maintain consistent service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries

Requirements



Excellent

written communication skills

in English. Ability to type quickly and accurately. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability. Prior experience in a

chat support

or

customer service

role preferred (international process experience is a bonus). Comfortable working in

night shifts

and

rotational shifts

. Basic computer skills . Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?26,000.00 - ?36,000.00 per month
