Client Communication & Order Management



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing both new and existing order inquiries and providing proactive after-sales support. Follow up on order requests, confirm dispatch dates, and clearly communicate delivery timelines to customers. Process orders accurately, ensure order integrity, and monitor delivery schedules to ensure seamless fulfillment. Keep clients updated with real-time order status and handle any follow-up communications promptly to maintain transparency and trust.

Sales Team Support & Administration



Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team by preparing and managing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation. Maintain and update Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and MIS (Management Information System) reports to support data-driven decision-making. Track and follow up on pending and ongoing client payments to optimize revenue flow and ensure timely collections. Liaise with the factory or logistics team to coordinate dispatch schedules, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
