Role:



Assisting UK based B2B Clients

Solve their Queries and problems over the phone/Mail

The position would be responsible for,



1. Assisting UK based B2B Clients

2. Solve their Queries and problems over the phone calls or Emails

3. Monitoring shared email folders based on assigned tasks.

4. Chasing subcontractors & engineers to provide updates for jobs on emails or calls.

5. To escalate significant issues in terms of backlog and non-compliance.

6. Raising POs for subcontractors.

7. Helping subcontractors for their queries related to visits on emails or calls.

8. Raising & Processing Sales Invoices on CAFM.

9. To manage client query & communication related to jobs or visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
