Job Responsibilities
:
Customer Outreach & Lead Generation - Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce company services, and generate interest to achieve sales targets.
Explanation & Query Handling - Clearly explain travel packages or services to customers, address their inquiries, and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
Follow-Up & Conversion - Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads, convert them into confirmed customers, and update records in the system and report daily activities, customer interactions, and sales updates to the manager.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & basic English).
Ability to convince the customers.
Basic Computer knowledge, MS Office and marketing.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

: This role offers 45 days of on-the-job training with salary, followed by a full-time employment opportunity.
