We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to handle customer interactions for our e-commerce business. The role involves managing online orders, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience across our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, and shipment tracking.
Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate customer records and update order status in the system.
Manage product-related queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Assist customers in navigating the website and completing online purchases.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
Provide daily reports on customer interactions and order status.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2-6 years of experience in customer support (preferably in e-commerce or retail).
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (spoken & written).
Excellent computer and internet knowledge; familiarity with e-commerce portals preferred.
Strong problem-solving attitude and customer service orientation.
