Position : Customer Support Executive (International Process)
Responsibilities:
Excellent communication skills Mandatory
Handle customer inquiries and provide support via calls and emails
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Salary: 30K to 65K and Hike based on previous experience
Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Experience Required: Minimum 1 years in customer support ( From international domain )
Shift Timings: As per international process requirements
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Transportation : cab facility provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
