Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
Resolve issues, escalate complex cases, and follow up as needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide product/service information and troubleshooting support
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet support targets
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and typing proficiency
Ability to handle difficult situations calmly
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
