Role Summary:


We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service guidance. You will communicate through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally Resolve issues, escalate complex cases, and follow up as needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Provide product/service information and troubleshooting support Ensure customer satisfaction and meet support targets

Requirements:



Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer and typing proficiency Ability to handle difficult situations calmly Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
