Job Summary



The Customer Support Executive at MOHH Furniture plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. The position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting customers throughout their buying journey. This role requires strong communication skills, product understanding, and a customer-first attitude to maintain the brand's reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat support, and in-person interactions at the showroom. Provide accurate and detailed information about MOHH Furniture's products, pricing, customization options, and delivery schedules. Manage customer orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while upholding company values and service standards. Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM systems with accuracy. Conduct post-purchase follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. Collaborate closely with sales, warehouse, and delivery departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer handling. Support after-sales activities such as warranty claims, product servicing, or replacements. Identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing customer service processes.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Previous experience in customer service, furniture retail, or a related field is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Patience, a positive attitude, and a strong customer-centric approach.
