Customer Support Associates

who can deliver excellent service.

Role Overview:



As a

Customer Support Associate

, you will be the first point of contact for our residents. You will handle queries, resolve complaints, and provide timely support through calls, emails, and chats. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and emails from residents and prospects. Assist in resolving complaints related to hostel services (housekeeping, food, maintenance, etc.). Maintain resident records and track issues until resolution. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, housekeeping, facility, F&B) for quick problem resolution. Provide information on hostel policies, payments, and facilities. Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction through prompt and professional service. Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (any field) - preference for candidates with experience in customer service/hospitality. 0-2 years of customer support experience (freshers with good communication skills may apply). Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi communication. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp-based communication. Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
