Job Description

Serve as the

first line of support

for partner brands, addressing queries related to software, transactions, and dashboards. Manage

day-to-day brand accounts

including onboarding, activation, and campaign updates. Coordinate with internal teams (tech, ops, finance) to

resolve brand issues quickly

. Monitor campaign performance, share insights, and prepare

regular performance reports

for brands. Ensure

accurate and timely execution

of cashback campaigns as per brand requirements. Proactively identify opportunities to

enhance brand satisfaction

and upsell new features/services. Maintain accurate brand data, status updates, and CRM updates. Assist in training brands on how to use the vCash system effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
