Work Mode:

100% Work from Office (WFO)

Shift:

Rotational 24/7 Shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational week offs)

Work Hours:

10 hours/day (9 hrs work + 1 hr break)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve customer queries via voice calls. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a polite and professional tone. Ensure first-call resolution and quality customer support. Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets.

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum

High School Pass (12th pass)

. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Excellent

verbal communication skills in English & Hindi

, with neutral pronunciation and minimal MTI.

Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

. Should

not have appeared for any Flipkart interview in the past 3 months

. Willingness to work in

night shifts / odd shifts

as required.

No planned leaves for the first 3 months after joining.

Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
