We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries efficiently while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals eager to build a career in customer service within a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat professionally and empathetically
Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customer issues
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams when required for issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge; CRM exposure is a plus
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Must own a personal laptop
Additional Requirements:
Laptop and mobile phone (mandatory)
Willingness to work in shifts
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (additional languages are a plus)
