About the Role
We are hiring experienced professionals for our Technical Voice Support process in Gurgaon. The role involves assisting customers with technical queries, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth issue resolution through voice support. Candidates must have prior technical customer service experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate in any discipline Experience:

Minimum 1 year of Technical Customer Service experience (mandatory)

Communication:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Assessments: SVAR: B1 and above Voice Versant: 58 and above WBI and Operations rounds mandatory
Salary and Benefits

CTC: ?4.7 LPA Take Home: ?34,000 per month MIV: ?0 Transport: Both side cab facility provided
Work Details

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Working Days: 5 days a week
