Job Title: Email Support - Fraud & Disputes Process


Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)



About the Role


We are hiring experienced professionals for the Fraud and Disputes Email Process in Gurgaon. The role involves investigating fraud cases, analyzing disputes, and providing resolution through email communication. Candidates with prior experience in fraud investigation or dispute management are preferred.

Salary


- CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA (30% hike on last drawn in-hand salary)

Eligibility


- Education: Graduates only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fraud investigation or dispute handling (mandatory)
- Strong written communication skills (Writex B1 and above)
- Versant Score: 58 and above
- Typing speed: Minimum 20 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Details


- Work Mode: Work from Office - Gurgaon
- MIV: ₹2000 per month
- One side cab facility provided
