Key Responsibilities:

Resolve queries related to travel itineraries, pricing, and policies. Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions. Handle both voice and non-voice interactions as per business requirements.
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational weekly offs. Immediate joiners preferred.
