About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused

International Customer Support Associate

to join our global support team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries from international clients through email, chat, and phone, ensuring every interaction delivers a world-class experience.

You'll serve as the voice of our brand--helping customers resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound communication with international customers via chat, and phone. Identify, analyze, and resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Operations) to ensure prompt issue resolution. Document and track customer interactions using CRM tools. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction. Maintain a professional tone, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability while dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Good

verbal and written communication skills

in English. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Willingness to work in

rotational shifts

, including night shifts if required. Positive attitude, empathy, and patience while dealing with customers.
