Desired Candidate Profile: Good Experience in handling Email ,chat & Resolving customer Queries Minimum 2+ Years of Experience from CRM Support/ Customer support retention Candidates from Real estate Background added Advantage Preferred industry: BPO, FMCG, Real Estate Ready to work Saturday & Sunday, Roles and responsibility: Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to get approvals for the refund closing tickets raised by the customer , issuing refund cheque . Relevant experience in customer service would be an added advantage.
