We are looking for

fresher graduates

for a Customer Support to handle customer queries through online Voice/chat for international clients. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via Calls/chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions Follow company guidelines and quality standards Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Garaduates/Post graduates/10th with 3 years diploma all can apply Good written communication skills in English Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills Customer-focused attitude Flexible to work in rotational night shifs Cab facility avaialable
