Organization: State Bank of India

Role: Floor Coordinator (Customer Support - Grahak Mitra / CCE)

Assist walk-in customers with forms, passbook printing, and queue management

Guide customers in using ATMs, CDMs, and SBI YONO digital services

Support senior citizens and differently-abled customers with banking needs

Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth front-desk operations

Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-friendly environment

Working Schedule: 6 days per week

Eligibility: Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA with good communication and professional grooming

Age Limit: 20-29 years (Male/Female)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in BFSI / banking background

Compensation: ?25,000 CTC | approx. ?20,355 in-hand
