Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused

Customer Support Associate

to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Identify and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary. Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, operations) to improve customer satisfaction. Stay updated on company products, services, and processes to deliver accurate assistance. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience. Prior experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is an advantage. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools. Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset. Willingness to work in shifts if required.
