Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate for our BPO Voice Process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow call scripts, quality guidelines, and process workflows.
Escalate complex issues to the senior team when needed.
Achieve daily/weekly metrics like AHT, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure high levels of customer service at all times.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English / Regional language.
Clear and confident telephone etiquette.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customer pressure and difficult conversations.
Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigation, MS Office).
