Customer Support Associates
to join our growing BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
Problem-solving and active listening skills
Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
Team player with a positive attitude
Eligibility:
0-1 year of experience (Freshers welcome)
Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
Immediate joiners preferred
