Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Manage inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails in a professional manner. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively. Update records of customer interactions in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:



12th | Graduate. Good communication skills in English. Basic computer knowledge and typing speed. Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
