Conduct live workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions to facilitate effective user experiences.
Provide ongoing support and training to users. Identify user queries and tailor programs accordingly.
Educate customers on new features, product updates, and best practices.
Take ownership of customer issues and ensure every interaction results in a positive experience.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve support processes and enhance the overall customer journey.
Create and maintain training materials such as manuals, user guides, screencasts to help customers use our Application effectively.
Desired Skills:
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Good Understanding of web technologies.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus).
