Key Responsibilities

Deliver seamless support to global Airbnb customers via calls, chats, and emails Provide end-to-end assistance on reservations, cancellations, account management, and escalations Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in every interaction Accurately document all customer interactions in the system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Consistently achieve service quality and productivity benchmarks Uphold Airbnb's brand values by creating exceptional customer experiences

Desired Candidate Profile

Absolute fluency in English

- impeccable grammar, pronunciation, and articulation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence Basic technical proficiency (MS Office, web navigation, CRM tools) Adaptability to rotational shifts (if required by business process) Energetic, confident, and professional
