Customer Support Associate will have daily interaction with our clients to provide support for various queries they may have with our software. Minimum Experience: 0-2 Years Job Duties: \xc2\xb7 Understand OMSGuru platform and it\xe2\x80\x99s functioning thoroughly \xc2\xb7 Support our existing clients via Chat, Phone, Email & Tickets. \xc2\xb7 Help onboard new clients onto our system \xc2\xb7 Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email \xc2\xb7 Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization\'s products, services, and customer service policies \xc2\xb7 Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance \xc2\xb7 Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits \xc2\xb7 Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have. \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
