Location: Panjim, Goa

Key Responsibilities:

? Handle customer queries & complaints

? Maintain reports & records

? Monitor service quality & escalations

? Support in documentation

Requirements :

1-3 years experience (preferred)

Strong communication & MS Excel skills

Freshers with good technical understanding can also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
