Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

email communication

with clients promptly and professionally. Prepare, draft, and respond to client emails with accurate information. Perform

data entry tasks

, maintain records, and update internal systems. Make

outbound and inbound calls

to customers for follow-ups, updates, and support. Maintain customer interaction logs and ensure timely resolution of queries. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues. Ensure communication is clear, polite, and aligned with company standards.

Skills & Requirements:



Fluent in English

(spoken and written) - must. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Prior experience in customer support or data entry will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
