Chat and email process (Noida) | Customer Service Representative/Non-Voice Process. Full Rotational Shift Location- Noida sec 15 Salary- up to 15k Rotational off Qualification- 10+2 Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customers queries on webchat, email, and on social media.
• Respond to customer query in a timely and accurate way via voice, email and chat.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify customer needs and help using customers use specific features.
