Customer Support cum Tele Sales Executive

, you will play a key role in Cummnicate with client base and driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients and existing , understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

3. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.

4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical departments, to develop effective sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in related field.

2. Proven experience in Customer Support, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.

4. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

5. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹25,627.48 per month
