The Work Involves Following Scope -

1. Handling Queries And Customer Queries On Email, Call, Whatsapp, And Social Media Platforms like Instagram, Whatsapp, etc

2. Inbound Customer Calls For Queries

3. Outbound Customer Calls For Feedback And Resolution Of Queries

The Candidate Must Be Good In English - Oral As Well As Written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
