EXECUTION

We work on the complete end-to-end management of the campaign and ensure the right output is set and obtained as per the campaign ideas

REPORT

Offering a detailed report of the campaign that is executed would help Clients to plan theupcoming campaigns

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented

Customer Support and Marketing Operations Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing Marketing Operations by customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and supporting the day-to-day operational processes to ensure a seamless customer experience and feedback process..

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat Influence the Customers to Place the Orders Track and manage the orders Manage the tabloid of Feedback Resolve product or service-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic service. Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams and follow through.

Marketing Operations Support

Analysis:

Conduct structured business reviews with clients and the business head. Consolidate insights to support leadership decision-making. Maintain and present dashboards, summaries, and action points. Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth execution of backend processes.
Onboarding:

Assist with the onboarding of customers and influencers where required. Assist in Campaign Explanation and Rate Negotiation with Influencers Monitor progress on critical marketplace initiatives Build and maintain constructive and sustainable relationships with influencers
Data management

Ensure data accuracy and clarity in reporting across functions. Prepare business review decks for CXOs, including key metrics, trends, insights, and recommendations. Ensure deadlines of campaigns and ownership are well-tracked and escalated when needed. Reach out to influencers for product feedback on different platforms.
Campaign Management

End-to-end follow-up of the campaign Monitor the campaign closure Prepare weekly reports to share with the client. Assist in the internal Marketing Activities of ATGS

CTC for Freshers is 2,33,000/- PA with Take Home of Rs. 18,000/- PM
