We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our international voice process team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer interactions over the phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions with a professional and empathetic approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Provide accurate product or service information.
Document customer interactions in the system accurately.
Meet performance targets related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Undergraduate (UG) candidates are eligible.
Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support (voice process preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including evening or night shifts).
Salary
Kolkata:
?20,000- ₹28,000 per month (in-hand)
Work Schedule
Rotational shifts of 9 hours (Day/Night)
2 rotational weekly offs
CAB facility available as per norms (Evening/Night shift only)
