Job Description

Handle customer queries, chat support, and sales calls professionally.

Communicate with customers in their preferred language.

Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.

Maintain customer records and follow up for issue resolution or sales conversions.

Achieve individual and team targets to contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in the required language(s).

Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle customer concerns effectively.

Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting.

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or chat support is a plus.

Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
