Duties



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with their needs. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or promote new offerings. Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions and transactions in the system. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports and documentation as needed. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist with cash handling duties when necessary, ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Requirements



Proven experience in customer service or client services roles, preferably within a call center environment. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent typing skills with a focus on efficiency and precision. Previous sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an ability to upsell products or services effectively. Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality service standards.
