Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide product/service information clearly to customers
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
Follow company policies and customer handling standards
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any degree (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in English and local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Strong problem-solving and listening skills
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in customer support or related field
Freshers are welcome

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
